Eric Drummond is a staff photographer for the Summit Daily News covering five mountain communities nestled among world-class ski resorts on the Western Slope of Colorado. His professional career started in 1997 shooting for a group of weekly newspapers while attending Metropolitan State of Denver. In 2005, Eric returned to Metropolitan State College of Denver full time to complete a BA in Photojournalism. In his tenure as a photojournalist he has won many awards from the Colorado Press Association and other organizations for his work shooting for community-minded newspapers.
